TEACHERS SHARING WITH TEACHERS

Teachers Beyond Borders is a not-for-profit organisation working between Ghana and the UK, to create equitable platforms for education professionals to share inclusive, child centred practice. We do this through our training & development projects, by offering volunteer opportunities to teachers and therapists and by supporting Global School Partnerships between Ghana and the UK.

Judy's Big Books!

TBB has been involved in the process of creating the Transformational Teacher Training Programme over the last couple of years. The focus of our input is on inclusive and interactive teaching practise. Mandy budge joined the team for the opening programme last summer. Judy is taking a leading role in the second international training sessions in feb bringing a focus on Big Books, Early phonics and emergent reading. Mandy will be joining the team to introduce professional development.

We need therapists and teachers to work with children with special & additional learning needs. If you are interested to volunteer or find an internship please contact TBB via the Contact page.

New Projects

"Building skills that will focus the bold talkative child,
and encourage the quiet and shy child to be expressive"

This August we ran a summer school hosted by MultiKids Academy with subsidised places funded by Harper Collins Publishers UK. With a focus on inclusion, creativity, social-awareness and building a rounded skill-base, we had an exceptional group of young people of different physical abilities.
